The furnishings and kitchen need to be updated.

Need someone who is on site around the 10pm quiet time, both our neighbors were very loud and yelling in jucuzzi past midnight. Woke our baby up multiple times almost every night
The location and rooms are great, the Jucuzzi is a major plus. Your literally twenty seconds from the beach

Total '80s interior. All of the finishes are clean and undamaged, but 100% dated. The price and location were great, but staying here for an extended period of time would get old. The kitchen needs to be stocked with more utensils and more sundries to allow meal prep; did not have the utensils and sundries common to place where you're going to be staying and making meals. The staff were nice and the parking's great. Location next to the beach is fantastic. Price befits the amenities received.

The kitchen is not fully stocked. No salad tongs no pizza cutter, no kitchen towels or hot pads. We didn't intend to do a lot of meal making here, but when we did the kitchen wasn't up to snuff. No condiments, oils etc. To cook with. If we were a family this would be a great disappointment. Now I picked it because of the price and the location. It's a total '80s setting, the dishwasher is loud enough to wake the dead. The setting was generally clean, but there was a lot of dust spots and dingy areas that I would have thought would be cleaned. All of the finishes and carpets and walls are in clean and neat order, they're just 30 years old. So I would recommend it for the price, but I would definitely make people aware that it's not ready to be lived in. For more than a day.

Rooms were great. Everything very clean. The couch’s are just beginning to need alittle extra care like steam cleaning. Great Resort to vacation. Walk to beach. 🤟very beautiful area.
Beautiful beach’s. Oxnard and Ventura Harbor very close by. Lots to visit.

Such lovely staff members. Tina was so helpful in every way. She even walked out and showed us on which side of the street to park our car on so we could avoid the street cleaner the next morning yes 😀

Trip has been great, location and proce cant be better, condos are always clean, only complaints are noise, many guests have been loud way past the 10pm quiet time, and the tub stopper was missing making it hard when you have young kids. Regardless still definitely will be back, have stayed close to ten times

This is truly a hidden gem. Wonderful properties, super helpful staff, steps from the beach. 10/10 would recommend.
