Couches need to be cleaned, there's a broom, it would have been nice to have access to a mop. Coming inside after enjoying the jacuzzi the floor got wet. Concerned about slipping. Overall very relaxing.
There's more than one thing, jacuzzi, close to beach, park and shopping...a home away from home ♡

Better communication between staff related to reservation requests. I received a call from a staff member the Thursday before arrival to confirm reservation and asked what time we'd arrive. I told them by 2pm and again, requested a room in the main building, 2nd floor with balcony facing the ocean. She wanted me to know they no longer have jacuzzi which I told her was fine with us. She said she'd try to get us one of those rooms. When we arrived on Sunday, the gal at the desk, (was very nice) said there was nothing in our reservation with my request for those rooms. I had entered it myself upon making the reservation and the gal I spoke with Thursday said she noted it too. After much discussion and my obvious disappointment, I was told my room would be moved but I needed to come back at 4pm. When we returned, the room wasn't one in the main building, but it did have a balcony with partial view from the kitchen. We enjoyed the room. My biggest concern is how to communicate a room request so that everyone making room assignments can see it. Had we been assigned a room in the middle of the building (which is originally where we we'd been assigned), with a view of the adjacent building I would have requested a refund and left. I understand rooms are not guaranteed, but when we are a repeat customer and book in advance, I would hope our requests would be known by the employees.
The location of the facility is great and staff are very friendly.
