Location is A++, office staff very friendly and accommodating. You feel at home and having a full kitchen to cook was awesome. Our unit had a hot tub(didn't get a chance to use it, but that was a nice surprise)

Channel Island Shores truly offers an amazing experience! Lucy was so friendly and all staff are incredibly kind and helpful and go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Our room was impeccably clean, and the wonderful amenities made our time there even more comfortable. Plus, being so close to the beach was an absolute dream. Highly recommend for a fantastic getaway!

The location was perfect, just a few houses from the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. I would definitely visit again.

I was initially hesitant about booking this place, as the reviews and pictures didn’t quite capture what I was expecting. However, I decided to give it a try, and I’m glad I did. I reserved a two-bedroom, 1.5-bath apartment that comfortably accommodated three of us, and it could easily host a family of six thanks to its spacious layout and a convenient pullout couch downstairs. The amenities exceeded my expectations—shower pressure was excellent, making quick and refreshing showers easy especially if you’re a big group. The condo includes utilities for four people, with plenty of towels provided (Thanks Tina). While there’s no air conditioning, the ocean breeze just a block away kept the unit comfortably cool throughout our stay. A nice bonus was having a hot tub in each unit, perfect for relaxing evenings. Parking was also straightforward, with one dedicated spot included. A heads-up for warmer months: if you’re sensitive to heat, keep in mind that summer temperatures can get quite hot, and the unit might feel warm without A/C. Additionally, because of the communal setup, it can get quite loud—sounds from neighboring units are audible—so don’t forget your earplugs if you value quiet. Off-season, this spot is ideal for friends’ getaways or a quick romantic escape. Overall, a charming and practical choice that offers great value and a fantastic location near the ocean.

The condo was about a minute walk to the beach. It was spacious, clean, and well kept. There is also a laundry room inside the unit and the kitchen is stocked with a few dishes. The neighborhood itself was nice and parking was convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

I wish there was a 0 score in here! If you’re looking for a place with terrible service and want to get headaches on your trip I recommend this place. They won’t check in after 6pm and their office is only open 9-6. They do not answer to the emergency calls and ignore your texts if it after office hour! I booked this place and left a voice mail and a text on Saturday night that I’ll get there after 6 pm, no response from them. I go there at 9 pm on Sunday, nothing! No key no code to enter nothing! Called them 4 times no response. I had to find another place to stay the night pay higher rate since it was late.

This resort is amazing. The unit is so large with your own private hot tub and washer and dryer. You just can’t beat that. The front desk people are so friendly.
