Units are dated, but well maintained. Bed was comfortable and kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We enjoyed the hot tub & location is great.

The facilities were wonderful. Location was outstanding if you enjoy the ocean air. Staff was super helpful and friendly. I would definitely come back in the future.
When we arrived in California from Portland we needed a good place to stay while we looked around to purchase a business and a home and this came as close to living in a four star facility as possible.With amazing views of the harbour from each unit to excellent services this is truly an exceptionally managed place.I would definitely recommend it to people looking for short term stays in Oxnard and the Channel Islands area.

The price was extremely reasonable for the size of the room and proximity to the beach.
Condo was severely run down. Unplessant smell to the entire condo (hard to describe), wood furniture very old and beat up, doors and switches dirty, floorboards all beat up, couch black and sit on it only after 2 flat sheets covering it otherwise wouldnt have touched it. Overall it is in need of a real deep cleaning, repair, and revamp. Parking space was taken up by a dumpster so when we came in at night I called the emergency line as I didn't want to take up someone else's parking spot. No one returned my message until the following morning when they said the dumpster would he moved but it never was. We continued to park in someone else's spot which obviously wasnt an issue. Office staff was nice and accommodating.

I booked for my mom less than 24 hrs. And the following day she had an emergency so I called both channel island shores and hotels.com agent and all I wanted was to change my check in date to later in the month but unfortunately I wasn't able to be accommodated so I lost money for 2 days in which I didnt even stay.

I loved how attentive the office and maintanence was to our needs when our stove had a gas leak. I loved how quiet the neighborhood was and how close to the beach we were.
