Construction Notice

Dear Guests,

Thank you for choosing Channel Island Shores.  We’re delighted to have you as our guests!

We would like to inform you about aware our upcoming state mandated balcony/stairs repair project that will begin on January 2, 2024.

You may notice construction related noise. Every effort will be taken to reduce the sound as much as possible and respond to any concern.  We anticipate this project to be completed in April 2024. As with all renovation projects, it is our goal to adhere to the aforementioned schedules; however, they are subject to change.
