In our efforts to improve Channel Island Shores, we would like to inform you about our upcoming state mandated balcony/stairs repair project. Starting September 24, 2025, there will be noise and construction that may affect the resort guests during this time. We anticipate this project to be completed by January 2026.

As with all renovation projects, it is our goal to adhere to the aforementioned schedules; however, they are subject to change.
