I feel so grateful for everyone here at CIS. I have been cared for by Lucy, Tina and the whole staff. Our unit was clean and inviting and the ocean rhythmic. It's exactly what I need for my writing retreat. Many thanks🙏🏼♥️☮️

We thought the room had older finishes when it came to the furniture and carpet. Size of the room was great but the tile floors were dirty and sandy when we arrived.
Location with being close to the beach and we like the town of Oxnard.

Maybe the daily activity could use an upgrade.
We had a wonderful time. I requested a unit with an ocean view especially as I’m a longtime one BR owner who just this year upgraded to a 2 BR unit and got it 🙂
I also LOVE the little backyard where I could do my morning exercises in the fresh air!

Btw I was looking where I could exchange within our system and that resort on Kauai looks great, BUT on top of the exchange fee AND the daily resort fee, I’d have to ALSO pay $50 A DAY to park there—crazy, no thanks! I pay less for parking at my downtown San Francisco resort!
That’s in part why folks are offing their timeshares and opting for AB&B.

Ok so we stayed here a couple years ago and fricking loved it. Not sure if I left a review at the time but my wife and I are reminiscing of our stay and I had to come leave a review. Hopefully will be able to make it out for another stay one day soon. One Love ❤️ mahalo and aloha

Resort is not of Grand Pacific Resort standard. Unit was dusty, old furniture, drawers were hard to open. Kitchen cabinets were dusty. We first had to clean refrigerator, kitchen counters and cabinets before we could put our stuff. Location is excellent of this resort but it needs to be upgraded. I have must address that staff was extraordinary nice and professional. I do not mean to be complaining. I do not do survey if it is not positive but this one needs to be addressed as standard is too low.
Upgrade the unit and have it better cleaned.

- the coating on the refrigerator near the handle is worn. The ‘fix’ didn’t fix it.
- couches in front room have holes in the ends of the arms
- corners of dining table are worn
